Cheryl Davey is the Chief Talent Officer at Provalytics, bringing over a decade of expertise in human resources, talent management, and organizational growth. With a background as Director of Human Resources at C3 Metrics, Cheryl played a pivotal role in driving the success of one of New England’s fastest-growing technology companies. A former fitness competitor and Ms. Fitness finalist, Cheryl’s dedication to discipline, goal-setting, and perseverance continues to influence her professional approach, enabling her to build thriving, collaborative teams.
Beyond her career, Cheryl has spent over 12 years coordinating adoptions and advocating for animal rescue with PAWS New England, placing countless dogs into loving homes. A graduate of Lyndon State College with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Studies, Cheryl combines her passion for fostering connections—both human and canine—with her commitment to creating impactful work environments.
